At Epicure Crafts, every creation is built to serve with integrity and endurance.
Each product is designed, inspected, and tested under rigorous standards before dispatch.
However, in the rare event of a concern, the following policies ensure transparency, fairness, and lasting trust.
- Returns
As most Epicure Crafts products are made to order, returns are limited to specific cases.
We accept returns only when:
- The product arrives damaged in transit.
- A manufacturing defect is verified through our technical team.
- An incorrect product has been delivered due to internal error.
All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and supported with:
- Clear photographs of the issue and packaging.
- Proof of purchase and product serial code (QR).
Once approved, our service team will coordinate collection or inspection.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or bespoke products.
- Items showing signs of installation, use, or modification.
- Products damaged by mishandling, incorrect installation, or external repair.
- Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of deposit payment for standard models.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible due to material allocation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–14 business days after approval.
- Refunds
Approved refunds are issued through the original mode of payment or as store credit.
Refunds apply only to:
- Cancelled orders within the accepted period.
- Returned items confirmed by our inspection team to have manufacturing defects or transport damage.
Freight, packaging, and customs charges are non-refundable unless the issue originates from Epicure Crafts.

- Warranty Coverage
All Epicure Crafts products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal usage.
Warranty applies to:
- Structural integrity of metal body and welds.
- Clay pot (for Tandoors) under proper seasoning and use.
- Burners, valves, and fittings (for gas models) under certified installation.
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, neglect, or non-certified installation.
- Surface discoloration, oxidation, or patina from normal use.
- Consumables such as insulation, tiles, or clay interiors subject to wear.
Warranty claims must include the product serial number, proof of purchase, and photographic evidence of the issue.
Our team may request inspection or return before approval.
- Replacement & Repairs
If a manufacturing fault is verified within the warranty period, Epicure Crafts will, at its discretion:
- Repair the item,
- Replace the affected part, or
- Issue a replacement unit of equivalent value.
Replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty term.
- Transportation Responsibility
- For B2B shipments: Responsibility transfers once goods leave our facility or are handed to the freight forwarder.
- For B2C deliveries: Damaged or incorrect items will be collected or replaced after confirmation.
Packaging must be retained until inspection is complete. Claims made without packaging proof may not qualify.
- How to Initiate a Claim
Please email our After-Sales Service Team with:
- Product serial number (QR code on unit or packaging)
- Invoice or order number
- Description and clear photographs of the issue
- Contact details and pickup address

- Discretion Clause
Epicure Crafts reserves the right to accept or decline claims that fall outside defined terms or where misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized alterations are evident.
